Hi all, I want to revisit the ongoing development question re using a EW blog for a podcast. In my case it's a pretty basic audio sermon podcast, so not a lot of bells and whistles needed. I've only just discovered the functionality introduced in EW v3.9.2, allowing one to embed a video or audio file in a blog post. So I've reconfigured my podcast accordingly. And it works pretty well. But I would like just a little more functionality to make it more workable. • the ability to drag the embed thingy around in the text editor and place it where it looks best • a drop-in widget or other embed button with a few user-configurable custom fields (e.g. formatted date, location, title, Biblical text with link) Optional extra - What would be even better, but maybe more complex (?) would be if the embed + episode data as above could be a default for all episodes (so in the preview widget at the bottom) Last edit 14 days ago |
